About Me
Chelsey Whiteside is a strategic creative leader with 15+ years of experience shaping brand identity, art direction, and content strategy across global fashion and retail. With a proven track record of directing in-house creative organizations—from styling and photography to video, copy, and design—she specializes in delivering culturally relevant, customer-centric, and business-driven storytelling.
Most recently a Senior Styling Manager at Amazon Fashion, Chelsey led large-scale photo, video, and virtual production operations, transforming traditional studio models into dynamic, multi-format content hubs. Known for balancing creative innovation with operational rigor, she has managed complex budgets, optimized high-volume workflows, and built high-performing cross-functional teams. Her strength lies in uniting creative vision with process excellence to execute 360° campaigns and elevated e-commerce experiences aligned with marketing and merchandising priorities.
Chelsey’s roots in fashion began with Alula Clothing, her independent label focused on sustainable and organic materials. That early commitment to responsible creation—and the hands-on experience of designing, sourcing, and producing ethically—remains central to her values. After years inside one of the world’s largest fashion ecosystems, she has seen firsthand the realities of overproduction, waste, and overconsumption, reinforcing her determination to help reimagine how the industry operates.
Chelsey aims to champion a future where innovative design, operational integrity, and environmental responsibility coexist—setting new standards for how modern fashion brands create, communicate, and lead.
